This User Agreement hereinafter referred to as the Agreement is formulated to standardize the use rules of the Picto application, clarify the rights and obligations of all users, and regulate the service provision and user use behavior of the lightweight local AI real-person merchandise card generation tool Picto. This Agreement applies to all users who open, access and use the functions and services of Picto. Before using the application services, users shall fully read, understand and accept all terms of this Agreement. User's continued use of Picto's services shall be deemed as full recognition and voluntary acceptance of all contents of this Agreement.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data. All service functions of Picto run based on local device programs and local AI computing frameworks. There is no external network transmission, upload or storage of user usage data and portrait related content in any service link, and the application will not acquire, retain or process any facial data of users in any form.
1.1 Service Content
Picto is a lightweight local AI real-person merchandise card generation tool that provides users with one-stop local creation services including optional reference portrait uploading, personalized style attribute customization, local AI text-to-image and image-to-image generation, image fine-tuning, layout adjustment, work export and local sharing. All core services run independently on the user's local device without account login and real-name authentication. The whole service process only completes data processing locally on the user device, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
1.2 Service Features
All functional modules of Picto adopt a local closed-loop operation mode. All image generation, style modification and data calculation are completed through local AI algorithms and local device resources. The application does not rely on external servers for data processing and storage. Users can complete all merchandise card creation operations offline. All user operation data and portrait materials are only stored locally, and the application never collects any facial data of users.
1.3 Service Scope Limitation
Picto only provides users with personal non-commercial local creation services. All functions and services of the application are limited to users' daily personal creation and entertainment use. Any behavior of using the application for commercial profit, illegal creation and other non personal authorized purposes is not allowed. In all limited service scenarios, the application always adheres to local processing rules and does not collect any facial data of users.
2.1 Account Free Usage Rules
Picto implements a completely account free usage mode. Users do not need to complete registration, login, bound information and other operations. Users can directly open the application to use all functional services. The application does not set any usage threshold related to personal information binding. Due to the account free local operation mode, the application does not collect, store or obtain any facial data and personal private information of users.
2.2 Personal Operation Autonomy
Users have full independent control rights over all operation behaviors and local data generated during the use of Picto. Users can independently upload local reference portraits, set creation styles, adjust image parameters, export finished works and delete local creation records and portrait files. All operation behaviors are independently decided and completed by users. All operation behaviors and portrait materials are only processed and stored locally on the user device, and the application does not collect any facial data.
2.3 Prohibited User Behaviors
Users shall abide by public order and good customs and relevant usage norms when using Picto services. Users are prohibited from using the application to create, produce or spread inappropriate, illegal, offensive and infringing content. Users are prohibited from tampering with the local program framework of the application, cracking application functions or using non official programs to invoke application functions. All illegal and inappropriate creation behaviors shall be borne by the users themselves. Even in the process of user independent creation, the application does not collect any facial data of users.
3.1 Local Data Processing Principle
The core data processing principle of Picto is local closed-loop processing. All text input content, portrait upload files, style setting parameters, image generation data and finished work files generated by users during the use of the application are all processed and calculated locally on the user's exclusive device. No data will be transmitted to any external network platform. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data.
3.2 Local Data Storage Standard
All user related data generated by Picto is only saved in the local file directory of the user's terminal device. The application will not automatically back up, synchronize or retain any user data. The storage duration of all local data is completely determined by the user's independent operation. Users can reserve or clear local data according to their own usage needs. All portrait related data and facial information involved in user creation only exists locally on the user device, and the application does not collect any facial data.
3.3 Local Data Deletion Rules
Users have the ultimate right to delete all local data of Picto. Users can delete single uploaded portrait files, single finished merchandise card works or all local creation records in batches through the device's local file management function or the application's built-in cleaning function. After the user actively deletes the data, all corresponding local information will be completely cleared without any residual cache. The application does not collect any facial data, so there is no residual facial information data of users in the application.
4.1 Application Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of Picto including but not limited to application program code, interface design, functional framework, local AI algorithm model and product appearance are legally protected. No individual or organization may copy, imitate, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or commercially use the core resources and functions of the application without official authorization.
4.2 User Creation Rights
All merchandise card works independently created by users through Picto's local functions belong to the users themselves. Users can freely use, export and share their personal creation works for non-commercial purposes. The application does not occupy any ownership and usage right of user creation works. The whole creation process is completed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data involved in user creation works.
4.3 Infringement Liability Undertaking
Users shall bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and compliance of all materials uploaded and works created by themselves. If the user's uploaded portraits, creation content and shared works cause intellectual property infringement or other disputes, the user shall independently bear all relevant responsibilities. The application does not collect any facial data of users and does not participate in user content production and sharing behaviors.
5.1 Function Iteration Description
Picto will carry out regular function optimization, local AI algorithm upgrade and product experience iteration according to user usage feedback and product operation needs. Function updates are only completed locally on the user device through version replacement, and no user data will be uploaded or synchronized during the update process. The update iteration will always adhere to the local processing rule and will not collect any facial data of users.
5.2 Service Interruption Description
Picto reserves the right to carry out local function maintenance, version upgrade and fault repair, which may cause temporary unavailability of individual functions. The service interruption caused by local maintenance will not affect the security and storage of user local data. During all service maintenance and interruption cycles, the application still does not collect any facial data of users.
6.1 Agreement Modification Rules
Picto reserves the right to adjust and modify the terms of this User Agreement according to product iteration and service optimization. The modified agreement terms will be displayed in the application interface for users to check. The user's continued use of the application's services after the agreement update is deemed to accept the modified terms. The core local processing rule and the rule of not collecting user facial data will not be modified or cancelled in any agreement update.
6.2 Automatic Termination of Service
If users violate the prohibited usage rules stipulated in this Agreement and use the application for illegal or inappropriate behaviors, Picto has the right to terminate the user's right to use the application's services. After the service use right is terminated, users can still independently clean up all local data generated by the application on their own devices. The termination of service right will not cause the application to collect any facial data of users.
