These Subscription Terms hereinafter referred to as the Terms constitute a binding supplementary legal agreement between users and Picto application governing all paid subscription services. These Terms clearly define the available subscription plan types, preferential settlement rules, subscription coin usage priority, exclusive user privileges, service limitations, automatic renewal rules, refund policies and right management specifications of the lightweight local AI real-person merchandise card generation tool Picto. All users who initiate payment, activate subscription privileges, use subscription exclusive functions and hold subscription coins shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted all contents of these Terms.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data. All subscription service logic, privilege data, subscription coin records and user creation content run entirely on local AI frameworks and local device storage. No facial information, portrait data or subscription usage records will be uploaded, transmitted or retained externally in any scenario.
1.1 Local Processing Core Principle
All paid subscription services provided by Picto are value-added functional privileges based on local offline operation mechanisms. The purchase of subscription will not change the application's core local data processing mode. All AI generation calculation, style fine-tuning, parameter setting and privilege verification are completed locally on the user's exclusive device. The application does not collect any facial data of users throughout the subscription service use cycle, and all related data only exist in local device storage.
1.2 Free and Paid Mode Adjustment
Picto has officially adjusted its free generation mechanism. The free version no longer supports unlimited local AI merchandise card generation. Non-subscribed ordinary users will face fixed quantitative limits on daily and total generation times. Only users who complete valid subscription activation can unlock privileged generation quotas and enjoy preferential service rights. Whether users use free limited functions or paid subscription privileges, the application always processes data locally and never collects any facial data.
1.3 Term Binding Scope
These Terms apply to all subscription types launched by Picto including weekly subscription, monthly subscription, semi-annual subscription and annual subscription, as well as all subscription coin deduction behaviors, preferential benefit acquisition and exclusive privilege usage behaviors. All value-added service behaviors of users are subject to the constraints and protection of these Terms. All subscription consumption and privilege use records are stored locally only, and the application does not collect any facial data or personal usage information.
2.1 Plan Classification
Picto provides four standardized paid subscription cycles for users to choose independently, covering short-term, medium-term and long-term usage demands, including weekly subscription, monthly subscription, semi-annual subscription and annual subscription. All subscription plans provide exclusive preferential pricing compared with single-time functional activation, realizing lower unit cost for paid creation services.
2.2 Tiered Preferential Mechanism
Picto implements a tiered discount rule for subscription services. The longer the subscription cycle purchased by users, the higher the discount intensity and the more favorable the comprehensive service cost. Annual subscription enjoys the highest discount privilege among all plans, followed by semi-annual subscription, monthly subscription and weekly subscription in sequence. Long-term subscription users can continuously enjoy exclusive preferential subsidies and limited-time preferential activities launched by the application. All preferential rule calculation and record display are completed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
2.3 Single Plan Validity Description
Weekly subscription is valid for seven consecutive natural days, suitable for temporary short-term creation demands. Monthly subscription is valid for one complete natural month, meeting daily conventional creation needs. Semi-annual subscription lasts for six consecutive natural months with obvious cost performance advantages. Annual subscription is valid for twelve consecutive natural months, being the most cost-effective long-term subscription option. All subscription validity periods are calculated based on local device time.
3.1 Subscription Coin Attribute Definition
Subscription coin is an exclusive virtual interest asset launched by Picto for subscribed users. It is only applicable to the deduction and offset of subscription service fees and preferential activity participation within the application. Subscription coins are stored in the user's local device data space exclusively, with no external trading, gifting or cashing functions, and do not belong to any legal tender or financial asset. All subscription coin balance and consumption records are reserved locally only, and the application does not collect any facial data or asset information of users.
3.2 Priority Deduction Mechanism
In all subscription payment renewal, package purchase and preferential activity consumption scenarios, the system will automatically prioritize the use of the user's local subscription coin balance for deduction and settlement. Only when the subscription coin balance is insufficient will users adopt other payment methods for supplementary payment. The priority usage rule of subscription coins is permanently valid for all subscribed users.
3.3 Coin Clearing Rule
The user's subscription coin balance is only valid during the valid period of the active subscription service. Once the user's subscription privilege expires, all unconsumed subscription coins will be automatically and completely cleared by the local system without residual retention, deferred accumulation or cash refund. Users need to reasonably arrange the use of subscription coins during the valid subscription period.
4.1 Preferential Pricing Privilege
All subscribed users can enjoy long-term exclusive preferential pricing for subscription packages. Long-cycle subscription users can obtain superposition preferential benefits from regular platform activities, effectively reducing the unit cost of local AI creation services. All preferential benefit settlement is completed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
4.2 Priority Service Support Privilege
Subscribed users enjoy full-scene priority service support rights. Users can preferentially experience the latest local AI algorithm upgrades, new style template updates and functional optimization iterations earlier than free users. In terms of problem feedback and service consultation, subscribed users can obtain priority response and professional targeted processing services.
4.3 High-Frequency Generation Quota Privilege
Corresponding to the cancellation of unlimited generation for free users, subscribed users can obtain exclusive high-quota local AI generation and image fine-tuning privileges matching their subscription cycle. Different subscription plans correspond to graded high-capacity creation quotas, fully meeting the high-frequency and high-volume creation demands of fan creation and content creation users. All privileged generation operations are calculated locally, and the application does not collect any facial data contained in user creation works.
5.1 Automatic Renewal Mechanism
All Picto subscription packages adopt an automatic renewal mechanism by default. Unless users actively cancel the automatic renewal function at least thirty days before the expiration of the current subscription period, the subscription service will be automatically renewed for the same cycle term at the platform's prevailing standard price upon expiration. Users authorize the payment channel to complete automatic deduction for renewal.
5.2 Expired Privilege Clearing Rule
After the user's subscription privilege expires without renewal, all exclusive privileges including high-quota generation, priority support and subscription coin usage qualification will be automatically terminated. All unconsumed generation quotas and unused preferential qualifications will be completely cleared and cannot be accumulated or restored. The user's usage right will automatically revert to the basic limited free mode. All expired data clearing behaviors are completed locally on the user device, and the application does not collect any facial data or expired privilege records.
5.3 Manual Renewal Rules
Users can actively renew or upgrade the subscription package at any time during the valid subscription period. The renewed valid period will be automatically accumulated on the basis of the remaining time of the current subscription. After upgrading the package, users will immediately obtain the higher-level exclusive privileges corresponding to the new package.
6.1 Non-Refundable Principle
All subscription service fees and consumed subscription coin assets are final and non-refundable. No partial refund or proportional credit will be provided for unused subscription time, unconsumed generation quotas or residual preferential qualifications. Once the subscription service is activated and the local privilege takes effect, no refund application will be accepted under any circumstances except for mandatory statutory requirements.
6.2 Automatic Renewal Cancellation
Users can cancel the automatic renewal function independently through the local subscription management entrance of the application or the corresponding payment channel settings. Cancellation operation will only take effect in the next billing cycle and will not affect the validity of the current ongoing subscription service.
6.3 Privilege Termination Conditions
If users violate Picto User Agreement and usage specifications, use subscription privileges for illegal creation, infringing production or unauthorized right trading, the platform has the right to terminate the user's subscription exclusive privileges in advance without refunding any paid fees. The advance termination of privileges will not trigger any user data collection behavior, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
7.1 Personal Exclusive Use
Picto subscription services and all exclusive privileges are limited to the user's personal non-commercial local creation use. Users are prohibited from transferring, reselling, leasing, gifting or sharing subscription privileges and subscription coin assets to any third party. Any unauthorized commercial use and right trading behavior is invalid.
7.2 Compliance Creation Obligation
Subscribed users shall always abide by public order and good customs and application usage rules when using privileged functions. Users are prohibited from using high-quota generation privileges to create illegal, vulgar, infringing and inappropriate content. All creation behaviors and liability consequences shall be borne independently by the user. The application does not collect any facial data of users and does not bear joint liability for user non-compliant creation behaviors.
Picto reserves the right to optimize and adjust subscription package prices, privilege contents, preferential rules and subscription coin usage mechanisms according to product iteration and service upgrade. The updated terms will take effect after being displayed in the application. The core local data processing rule and the rule of not collecting user facial data will remain unchanged permanently. Any term adjustment will not involve the collection and acquisition of user facial data.
